Pool Daddy offers 15-day refunds on all purchases

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you can
return it to us within 15 days of the purchase date for refund.

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 15 days of purchase to obtain RAN (Return Authority Number) in order to return the item.
• The returned item has to be in unused in its original condition and in original packaging. If not return in the original packaging restocking fees may apply.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• All items attract a $25 restocking fee.*
• Customer is responsible for the return freight costs.*
• Once we receive the returned item we will refund your payment within 10 business days.
