How We Ship: We use Australia Post and couriers to get your stuff to you. If you’re on the east coast, it should take around 4-5 days. For Perth, it might be 8-10 days. If you’re in a remote area, it could be a bit longer. We only deliver within Australia for now.
How It Works: We send your order from our place or straight from our supplier during regular business hours. They’ll need your signature on delivery. If you miss it, a note will tell you how to grab your parcel later.
Unclaimed Parcels and Extra Charges: If you miss the delivery and your parcel comes back to us, there might be extra charges to send it again. Sadly, the original delivery cost can’t be refunded. To make things easier, consider using a work address.
Delivery Times Can Vary: The delivery times we give are estimates. If you’re in a rural area, it might take longer. Sometimes, things happen that we can’t control, causing delays. If that occurs, we won’t be responsible for any extra costs or problems.
Your Part: Make sure you type in the right delivery address when you order. If it’s wrong, we can’t resend it for free. Also, if something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll let you know within 72 hours.
If We’re Running Late: If, for some reason, we can’t ship your order within 14 working days, we’ll drop you an email or give you a call.
